Safe and Effective
Ampho-Clean is a blend of highly effective blend of amphoterics and amphoteric
surfactants, to rapidly remove organic soiling, leaving surfaces sterile.  Tested to be
totally effective against a wide range of bacteria, yeasts, moulds and fungi organisms.
  Stops infection and cross infection.
  Where to use Ampho-Clean
Use to clean / sterilise plastic aprons, gloves, boots, preparation surfaces, equipment
including chillers and all hard surfaces throughout the food manufacturing, food processing and applied industries.
Versatile.  Use through pressure equipment, by hand spray or as manual clean.
Ampho-Clean is also used as a boot dip to remove soiling, to disinfect and to stop transient cross infection.
Methods of Use: Use Ampho-Clean at a 1:50 dilution  or through Auto Dosing Equipment
1.  Through Pressure; or Auto Dosing Equipment  @ 1:50 for walls, floors, ceilings, fixed equipment.
2.  Plastic Aprons; @ 1:50  wipe, soak or wash articles to be cleaned or use through auto dosing equipment.
3.  Boot Dip;  Make up solution @ 1:50  (change solution in dips frequently depending upon degree of soiling).
4.  Food preparation; surfaces/tables and floors. Make up solution @ 1:50 to wipe, mop or spray clean / disinfect.
5.  Utensils;   Make up solution @ 1:50.  for a soak clean/disinfect.
Independent Laboratory Results.
Disinfectants are expected to work in the presence of both hard water and organic matter.
Ampho-Clean was assessed for activity in the pressure of hard water (300 ppm hardness) and milk (1%).
Pseudomonas Aeruginosa  was chosen as one of the test organisms since it is noted for its resistance to the action of
biocides. It has a cell wall enveloped by a thick proteinaceous slime sheath which acts as a barrier to the penetration
of the biocide to the cell interior.
Bacterial Figures.
These results are based on dilutions which actually kill off bacteria as opposed to merely inhibiting their growth. All
tests were carried out at 20
o
C, with a contact time of 5 minutes to give a kill rate greater than 99.99%.
