CONTROL EQUIPMENT
Before using Glass Wash Detergent it is vital that the machine and crockery are properly de-scaled. The
de-staining action of Glass Wash Detergent is dependant upon the amount of sequestering agent present,
if the machine or crockery is scaled, de-staining will be poor, as the sequesterant is utilised in removing the
scale from the machine and tableware surface.
For economy and convenience the amount of Glass Wash Detergent is either added by a semi-automatic
or by a fully automatic system. For best results ensure that Hydra Scale Free Rinse is used in the rinse
cycle.
N.B. Avoid contact with aluminium, zinc and alloys thereof.
