![]() Rapid Steriliser & Algae, Slime, Moss Black Mould Remover
Edi-Chlor ACR is used extensively where animals, mammals, primates, birds and reptiles housed, as a total
steriliser or to remove even the heaviest build-up of contamination from all surfaces.
Edi-Chlor ACR removes black mould and algae / slime from stainless steel, glass, plastic, concrete, wood and
painted or coated walls, cages, runs, paths and pools.
Fast Acting
Edi-Chlor ACR rapidly breaks down the fibrous root structure of algae, mould or moss, breaking the bond holding
the contamination to the surface. Once the algae is dead it is easily rinsed away ensuring a clean, slip free surface.
Edi-Chlor ACR also removes staining caused by algae bacteria from painted, glass, tiled or plastic walls. Leaves
surfaces clean and sanitised.
Environmentally Safe
Edi-Chlor ACR does not contain chlorinated solvents or other additives which are not accepted by water authorities
and after being washed to drain Edi-Chlor ACR is readily de-activated.
When used around animals, mammals, primates, birds or reptiles ensure that they do not come into contact with
Edi-Chlor ACR, however they can be safely returned to the area once the area has been rinsed clean.
Method of Use: Runs, Cage Floors, Pools, Paths
In extreme algae / slime build-up Edi-Chlor ACR can be used neat, however the normal dilution is between 1:10 to
1:40. Make up solution. Apply to surface using watering can or bucket. Mop over or use deck scrubber to remove
the build-up. Leave for 5-10 minutes depending upon build-up. Rinse off with plenty of water until contamination
has been removed. In extreme conditions a second application may be required.
Walls, Glass and other Vertical surfaces: Make up solution 1:10 to 1:40 w/w. Wash over surface
using sponge or cloth. Use scrubbing brush if contamination very heavy. Rinse off with water.
N.B. Edi-Chlor ACR should only used to remove algae / slime build-up.
For daily disinfecting and cleaning we recommend Hydra Annihilate ACR.
For deep cleaning Hydra Powerwash ACR.
