When and Where To Use Pre-Clean
Dilution 1 Part Pre-Clean to 50 parts Water
To Deep Clean Wash Tank prior to Hydras ADE24/TX System Installation
Make up solution 1:50 with water in the wash tank. Leave for 30 mins to 1 hour. Drain down and rinse wash tank
and wash rack thoroughly with clean water.
N.B. Pre-Clean is recommended to deep clean the wash tanks/racks just prior to installing the ADE24/TX Algae
Free system. This ensures that the processor wash tanks, racks and drains have been thoroughly cleaned and
sterilised and enables the Algae Free/AD solution to work at its optimum efficiency as soon as the ADE24/TX unit
is first switched on.
To Brighten Stained Socks/Wash rollers: Make up solution 1: 50 with water
Either leave wash racks in situ or for smaller rollers remove from processor and use plastic container. Make up
solution. Leave racks / socks to soak for 30 mins - 1 hour. Drain down and rinse racks with copious amounts of
water (under pressure if possible) to remove debris. Rinse tank until clean.
Fast Acting Maintenance Cleaner. Dilution 1:50 with water
Pre-Clean rapidly breaks down and removes the heaviest amount of sludge, slime heavy / old algae build up from
within the wash tanks, racks and rollers. Cleans, sterilises and brightens socks, rollers, tanks and racks in one. Make
up solution depending upon tank/s size/s. Add Pre-Clean to wash water. Leave for 30 mins to 1 hour or overnight.
Drain down and thoroughly rinse tanks, racks and rollers before refilling with fresh water.
Drains & Tanks. Kills Bacteria and Bad Odours: Dilution 1:50 with water
Use in re-circulation holding tanks and drains to kill bacteria in stagnant water and to break down the sulphides
which cause bad smelling drains.
IMPORTANT
Pre-Clean is strictly a cleaning agent and whilst it does not have any ill effect on your processor
components when used in conjunction with the manufactures instructions, it is not recommended to be left in the
tank whilst processing takes place. Drain down and rinse tank/racks thoroughly before processing.
NB. To process with a safe wash additive left in the tank whilst processing please see Algae Free/HD and the
ADE24/TX Algae Free/AD System data sheets. Both are safe to be left in the wash tank 24/7.
