NEW Fast Acting, Deep Cleaner For
Mini-Labs, Professional Film & Paper Processors
Non-Fuming ZX-100 Rapidly Removes Heavily Oxidised Developer,
Crystallized Fix / Bleach Scale & Soft Sulphur Build-up, From Racks, Hard, Soft Rollers & Tanks.

Powerful ZX-100 starts to work on contact.  Rapidly removes the heaviest build-up of chemical contamination without heavy
scrubbing.
Deep cleaning is fast and easy and when used as total processor cleaner greatly improves the working efficiency of your processor by
cleaning pipe-work tanks and pumps.  Using ZX-100 stops fresh chemistry from being contaminated by old chemical build-up on
racks and tanks.
Also used by Specialized Refurbishment Companies and Service Engineers
Remove any soft squeegee top rollers or strips if present before soaking in ZX-100 as very soft rubbers can be effected by deep
cleaners.  ZX-100 is safe on hard rubber rollers, soft rollers and socks.  Note: Do Not use Hydra ZX-100 on Acrylics such as
Perspex.
To Clean Racks out of processor:  Dilute Hydra ZX-100 at 1:15 with water
Make up solution in sink, bath, or tank.  Use warm water to aid cleaning.
Add racks and submerse in Hydra ZX-100 solution for 2-4 hours depending upon degree of contamination.
Drain solution to chemical waste and lift rack and allow to drain.
Rinse thoroughly with fresh water turning rollers. Inspect racks.  Remove any stubborn deposits with a non-abrasive cloth or small
soft brush (nail brush) and rinse off under pressure if possible.  If cleaning soft rollers extra rinse until clean.  Rinse solutions can go
straight to drain.
