As the system is only activated during the wash cycle and is on stand by when the processor is idle, between wash cycles and when the processor shuts down, Hydra’s system is not only efficient but extremely cost effective.   The Hydra System, together with Algae Free/AD ensures that the wash/rinse water, wash rack, tank, overflows, pipe-work and drains are kept crystal clean and the finished work is free from marks and blemishes.  Note: If the processor drains down at night the ADE24/TX system will automatically re-dose the wash tank with fresh Algae Free/AD during the next morning fill.  Hydra Algae Free/AD Additive: For use  through the Hydra ADE24/TX System:  Algae Free/AD is a specialized blend of cleaning agents.  Formulated to keep wash / rinse water sparkling clean 24-7.
